Available in standard sizes up to full size sheets, multiple perfs for laser prescriptions, cut sheets or 2 and 3 part carbonless with any color CFB or CF sheets. All bindery options availabe including numbering.

- STATIC BARCODES
All medical forms we produce can be incorporated with static barcoding for scanning by the medical facility. Our graphics department can assist you with adding this feature to all your cut sheets and carbonless forms

- COLLATED SETS
We can collated single sheets which can be slip sheeted, stapled or padded. We can even collate single sheets and carbonless forms into sequence for hospital admissions or departments requiring multiple forms filled out on arrival.

- FULFILLMENT
We can print various cut sheets and carbonless forms, including forms you wish to supply, and collate and package into various distribution mediums such as envelopes, shrinkwraps or plastic bags. These are often used in visiting home health care products or patient admissions

- DOOR HANGERS
Avaialble in any standard or custom sizes, colors or stock, often used in home delivery units
